New short story, The Hour, published in Heartwood Literary Magazine

Yesterday the second issue of Heartwood Literary Magazine came out and I’m happy to say my new short story, The Hour, is featured.

Tim is stuck – in life, in love, in all respects – but he’s about to find out there’s something magical about the time between 4 and 5 AM. Read his story here.

Heartwood is a relatively new literary magazine. Their first issue was published in April. They are associated with the Low-Residency MFA at West Virginia Wesleyan College.
